On 12 and 13 October, the M2Child team was in Lisbon for the 6th National ADHD Congress organised by the Portuguese Attention Deficit Society (SPDA). On the 13th, Sofia Marques, a lecturer at the Institute of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Universidade Lusíada – Norte (Porto) and a researcher at the Centre for Research in Developmental Psychology (CIPD), and a member of the M2Child team, presented the results of a study carried out as part of the M2Child project. This presentation, titled ‘Emotional lability/negativity and symptoms of depression mediate the association between inhibitory control and aggressive behaviour in children with ADHD’, was awarded the best communication at the congress.
